Questions people ask
Do I need a printer or a special device?
No. Any Android phone or a desktop browser is enough. The owner's ticket goes to their phone. If you already have a 58 mm printer, Paski prints too.
What if the internet drops at the gate?
You need a data connection to issue tickets; a basic 4G phone plan is enough. Tickets are small, so a slow connection is fine.
Which number do the WhatsApp messages come from?
From our number, showing your business name. You do not need your own WhatsApp Business account.
Can I run more than one gate or branch?
Any number of gates and attendants under one branch. Each branch is a plan of its own.
How do I pay?
By UPI, to our QR. Enter the transaction number and your plan is switched on. We check it against the bank.
What happens to my data if I stop?
Your records stay for you to export or come back to. Inactive accounts may be deleted after 90 days.
